I’m so terrible at remembering to write reviews for consistent services, so after like three years as a client of Quality Pest, I figured it was about time! When my husband and I first bought our house, we were woefully underprepared for the pests in the area we’d moved to and felt overrun pretty quickly—German roaches (the biggest issue), mice, carpenter bees, wasps, hornets, among a few other offshoots. Quality Pest resolved all our issues, explained things so well that some of my coworkers at my office now call me 'mini pest control' because I take everything they tell me to heart. Given the area we live in with the pests that are the most common, we pay for QP’s monthly service and let me just say that it’s the one bill I feel confident about paying every month because I know it’s never wasted money. 10/10, I recommend them to anyone who is struggling with literally any pests.

Got to give Quality Pest Control and David a big shoutout. I had an awful mole problem in my new home's backyard. According to the neighbors, they had been in a decade-long struggle with these moles. I initially called out QPC because of their warranty policy and, boy, was it incredible. David, my pest control technician, came out nearly 10 times over the course of the warranty period to continue attacking new mole activity with various methods. Finally, on the last job before the warranty expired, they got rid of the little pests (for now), but between their super responsiveness, ease of scheduling, and warranty policy it was a great experience and they got the job done!

A year and a half ago, I had a mice problem. I frantically called Quality Pest as I could see a mouse running around. David came and, after he assessed the situation, he said it looked like I had a small mice infestation. Maybe 5 mice, he said. He strategically placed several mouse traps. Within 24 hours, all 6 (as it turned out) mice were goners. David really knows what he’s doing!
Recently I discovered I had a mice problem once again. I called Quality Pest and asked for David. Once again, he placed a few traps and, again, within 24 hours, mice gone.
In each instance, David also found what may have been the point of entry and sealed it up.
